QTme Troubleshooting Tips

If you fail to connect after installation:
You may need to call your service provider and ask them for their WAP server address. Be sure to ask if you need a username and password to access their WAP server. (Some providers require usernames and passwords, others do not.)

Once you have that info, pick up your Blackberry and go to the “Options” menu (Fig. 1). Select “Advanced Options” (Fig. 2), then “TCP” (Fig. 3). There will be three lines referring to APN, APN username, and APN password (Fig. 4) This is where you will add the service provider’s information.
