Bill is a licensed broker whose credentials include Corporate Agricultural Economist for General Foods Co. "Dr. Bill," as he is widely known throughout the Chicago Board of Trade, also served as the Vice President for Price Risk Management at Rocco, Inc.

Gaining even greater experience, Dr. Bill later became the Director of Client Training at Optionomics Corporation, establishing himself as a notable option strategist. He has also held the position of Vice President for Research at the COMEX in New York. His current research interests are focused on derivative markets and world financial and economic issues.

Bill received his Ph.D. at the University of Minnesota.
