AMI allows users to record a voice message and immediately send that message to a specific list of recipients. Through this Web-based program, users can log in to AMI and select recipients from their private database of client phone numbers.

Unlike other messaging systems, AMI provides this service at a nominal cost while also offering users access to post-call statistics detailing who received the call and when. An AMI-hosted website can be created specifically for the user to provide a space for posting the latest message, as well archived messages from past calls.

This mass notification system is crucial in the event of an emergency situation, but also helpful to users who need to communicate an important message in a timely manner. Whether it’s a price update, a scheduling change, an event reminder, or even a marketing message, AMI can address a multitude of business needs.

With AMI, privacy is guaranteed, so users can upload client lists independently and access these lists for revision at any time. AMI provides a personal touch by allowing users to reach out to clients with a personally recorded message. It is faster and cheaper than sending information via mail, and more reliable than email.

AMI users can also establish a direct dial feature that allows call recipients to dial "0" upon hearing the message to connect directly to any number the user specifies. In addition to voice messages, a text message feature can also be instituted.
