Linked Workspace now works with Time & Sales, Depth Of Market, Price Ladder and Options Chain
Added right click to Desktop Shortcuts Bar to "Customize"
New modules added to Window-Link like Times & Sales, Depth Of Market, Price Ladder, Options Chain, Broker Workstation and Options All Months.

You can add or remove items from the shortcuts bar if you make a right click on the "Desktop Shortcuts Bar". After this, the "Customize" option will appear (see the figure below). If you click on it, the "Desktop Shortcut Bar Dialog" will open. To see how you can customize the shortcuts bar click here. |

Charts
|
To place an order on chart you need the chart orders slider. The slider will be visible only if the order entry is enabled for charts. Left click on the slider will place a buy order, while right click on it will place a sell order. You can also use the right click popup to place a buy or a sell order. If the slider has the selection focus you can use Ctrl + Left Arrow for a buy order and Ctrl + Right Arrow for a sell order. Beside price and order side, all the other order fields will be set according with the Order Entry Properties. In the example from the screenshot, the buy orders are blue and the sell orders are red. They are visible both: on the slider and directly on the chart. At the bottom, you have three buttons:

You can cancel an order too, by dragging and dropping the order off the Order Entry column. When you drag-and-drop an order, a dialog box appears. This dialog box in represented in the figure below. In this dialog box, the user have to confirm, if he wants to cancel the drag-and-dropped order.

Price Ladder
You can place orders in this frame by clicking on the left or the right mouse button. You can place a "Sell" order, if you click the right mouse button. By clicking the left mouse button, you will place a "Buy" order.

After pressing the "Place Buy Order" or "Place Sell Order" option, the buy or sell order entry symbol will appear in the Order Entry column.

Depth Of Market
You can place orders in this frame by clicking on the left or the right mouse button. You can place a "Sell" order, if you click the right mouse button. By clicking the left mouse button, you will place a "Buy" order. After these, the "Place order" window appears and you have to confirm your order.

After you place an order, the buy or sell order entry symbol will appear in the Order Entry column. See the picture below.

You can choose how to sort the list: by symbol or by name. Also here you can set the filters which you want to use.

You can search a contract by pressing the search button and write the phrase you want to search for.
