Can I also use my QT from home or can I use my QT at both my home office and work?
QT can be utilized at both locations by simply signing in with your user name and password. You must have downloaded the QT software at each location and only one connection can be maintained at a time.

Why does QTNews only have headlines?
QTNews has many headlines with stories. Howerver, QT is a new concept in news. We believe traditional news bureaus are outdated - that information travels too fast to accommodate authoring a story on every market event. The important thing is to hear or see what type of news is around the market as of this moment to assist in the decision making process. Sometimes voice is more effective and immediate and sometimes text news is preferable. QT is the only quote system to offer both of these news products.
Do you get all USDA and Government Report data on QT?
Government Reports are included in the QT News product. We have selected many of the other USDA reports from a long list of government agencies. If you find that certain reports are not on QT that you desire - simply send us an e-mail and we will attempt to respond to that request as soon as possible.
Why do the voices break up occasionally during the live broadcasts and yet in the recorded archive there is no break up?
The live voice packets may conflict with a use of computer capabilities of another application on that computer causing buffering and delaying the playback. On the delayed archived version, those buffering problems do not exist.

Save your data to both the server and your computer by utilizing the save icon at the top of your screen then logoff and log back on. It is wise to frequently save your data to both places so you will not have missing data if your computer or Internet connectivity is terminated.
How do I realign my charts when I have several on a page and want them to look organized?
The green Auto Arrange icon at the top of your screen is your friend in many situations when using QT - This is the best example.
How do I sign up?
Simply fill out the sign-up form on the qtinfo web site - download and install the software - when complete, activate software and utilize the user name and password given to you by e-mail from QT. Your initial service will be delayed quotes until payment is received - 1st and last month in advance billed by e-mail and also mailed to you.
